The CSECC is the only fundraising effort by which each State of California employee in San Luis Obispo County has an opportunity to make a charitable gift through payroll deduction or by a one-time contribution. Your state-approved local campaign management agent (PCFD) is United Way of San Luis Obispo County.

As the State’s economic challenges continue to negatively affect our neediest neighbors as well as local health and human service agencies, your increased leadership in giving is more important than ever before.

Through your participation in this year’s CSECC, you have to opportunity to give to any nonprofit organization; even more importantly, you can help SLO County’s most needy children, families and seniors by giving to the United Way Community Impact Fund. Working with more than 60 local partner agencies in five focus areas, United Way ensures that the Community Impact Fund addresses our local communities’ most pressing health and human service needs:
